Cookies on this site

This site uses a single cookie, and it is not there to follow you or to measure your behaviour: it remembers the language you chose. It is listed with its exact name, because a generic list of categories lets you verify nothing.

01

The only one, by name

NEXT_LOCALE
Remembers whether you chose Spanish or English, so your next visit opens in the right language. It is set by this site, holds two letters and identifies nobody.
ARRAffinity, ARRAffinitySameSite
Until 29 July 2026 there were three: the hosting service added two affinity cookies so that every visit returned to the same server instance. They were switched off while this page was being written, because this site has no session and keeps nothing in memory between requests, so that affinity served no purpose. Auditing your own policy has to be able to change the site, not merely describe it.

There is no other one. No analytics, no social media pixels, no advertising, no heat maps. It can be checked: the page loads no scripts from another domain.

02

How to remove it, and what happens if you do

You can delete or block it from your browser at any time, without asking anyone. The site keeps working: your next visit will open in whatever language your browser declares, and you can change it with the switch in the bar.

That is why this site shows no cookie consent window. The only cookie there is remembers a preference you chose yourself; asking for consent for that, while there is nothing to track, would be a formality with no object, and it would train people to accept without reading.

03

If this changes

If the site ever adds a cookie that is not strictly necessary, consent will be requested before it is installed and this page will be updated first. While it says one, it is one.
